Self

An excellent school starts with you, whether you are a principal, teacher, student, or parent. Influencing positive change in your school starts with influencing change over yourself. Learn how to become a lifelong learner and understand the concepts in each chapter before you move towards implementing them. Each of these sections ends with a survey. The answers are found in the PD toolkit online.

School

Before connecting your students to the world, you need to connect with the unique context of your school. Connect with your standards, your curriculum, and your local opinion leaders so you are set up for success before you begin. Understand how what you want to do in the classroom fits with the big picture of your school. Curriculum directors and administrators will want to dive deep into this section.

Student

Creating positive learning experiences starts with one student at a time. As you connect globally, learn from those who have already done this. How do you connect such projects and technology with students? How do you keep it from being disruptive and staying on course? What are you teaching? Students are our passion and we hope that they are your passion too. Let's help students learn and become excited about coming to school again!
